The Challenge & Our Vision

Goal

ViaWest needed to furnish their newly-remodeled commercial building in Phoenix, which had a rich history as the former home of the Arizona Republic newspaper. They wanted a space that subtly referenced this journalistic heritage while providing a modern and functional workspace.

Key Solution

EdgeQuarters drew inspiration from the building's past, incorporating subtle references in the wallcoverings, murals, and other details. Key design elements included a conference room themed around "Black, white, and REaD all over," a unique ombred modular sofa in the lobby to encourage interaction, and a moody, dramatic speakeasy-inspired second floor.

Created a memorable and conversation-starting lobby with the unique ombred modular sofa, enhancing the visitor experience.
